When I started my remedial massage business two decades ago I asked myself, 'how was I going to grow a client base that would sustain my business'?
This compelled me to become a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming. NLP is the relationship between the three most influential components that create human experience: how we think (Neuro), how we communicate (Linguistic), our patterns (Programming) of behaviour, feelings and emotions.
As my client base grew to be fully booked six months in advance and a significant waiting list, I realised it was the ability to read non-verbally and connect with my clients pain that was the crucial component, before mapping them a journey to repatterning that pain. What I soon learned was that it was this connection to who my clients are and the way they think, that would become the cornerstone of my business.

Our perspective of the world is filtered by experience, beliefs, values, assumptions, and our sensory systems. These filters are the foundation for way more than just language, we also communicate non-verbally through body language, behaviour and feelings. These behaviours and codes in language are highly structured and it's possible to make changes to the structure behind the way we think and feel about past fears, failures or challenging events.
Coaching this physical and emotional process that helps people understand themselves became my new passion and this is what I can offer to you.
